Kubota Cracked Head

This crack is very common with the 3 & 4 cyl. Kubota diesels. The cracks run from the valve to the hot plug (fuel injector plug).

The white line is the crack shown in Magnaflux powder.

At this point crack has been cold pinned.

Pins have been machined down and head has seat new hardened seat installed.

Head is decked and valves machined. Repair is complete.
