Our process of reconditioning valves
starts with the shotblasting of the valve ends, polishing the stems,
dressing the ends
of valve stems, if needed & grinding the valve to proper angle and checking
valve margin.
We use a Sunnen VR-6500 Valve
grinding machine to resurface valve seating area & to dress the stem
end of valve.
